About This Site

The ozone layer — by virtue of nonproximity to the surface, the extreme coincidence of properties of fluid mechanics and photochemistry, and the oxidizing power of the troposphere — is remarkably robust to perturbation; however, robustness does not indicate immunity. There exist many natural and anthropogenic processes which may enhance ozone loss catalysis. This site exists as a public exercise for myself to consolidate notable or interesting results relating to potential stratospherically-relevant forces, with an emphasis on stratospheric ozone.
